These two beautiful girls met each other for the first time at one of my Yoga and Mindfulness classes. They hit it off right away and have become inseparable friends (or as they would say, cousins).

Today my dad would have been 60 years old.

This Thanksgiving, we are missing someone special. My grandfather died less than a month ago and we miss him more and more each day.

So grateful for my love bugs 🐞 🐞

The most beautiful things in life happen when we step outside of our comfort zone. We know this because we have all experienced it, but it’s still easier said than done.
