Virtual Workshop for Parents- Managing Difficult Behaviours

This workshop is for parents.

In this workshop we will explore why children present difficult behaviours such as temper tantrums, defiance, aggression and regression. We will discuss how to identify the reason for the behaviour, strategies for calming the meltdowns, and methods for encouraging emotional recognition and regulation.

The last 30 minutes of the class will be dedicated as a Q & A period where parents can ask specific questions about their own experiences at home.
