Virtual Parent-Child Yoga and Mindfulness Class for Kids

Join Dr. Elena Merenda for a Virtual Parent-Child Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop!

We will begin the workshop with a story called, “The Way I Feel”. The story explores various human emotions and how we express them. You and your children will then have an opportunity to participate in a simple yoga flow, accompanied with by an activity where we will practice being mindful of our emotions and how our expression of emotions impacts others and each other. We will end the workshop with a meditation.
