Does your child have difficulty sleeping? This 4 week workshop condensed into one day might be the perfect start to unpacking their fears at bedtime.
The children will have an opportunity to talk about what worries them at night and what feelings that have during bedtime.
They will each come home with a bedtime schedule and tools to help them manage those night time emotions an promote healthy sleeping patterns.
Each child will make:
An essential oil roll on to use before bed
A sleeping pal (lavender scented stuffy)
Space is limited and fees are non-refundable
Lunch and snack breaks will be provided
