This workshop is for children only!
With the increase use of technology and social media, our children are constantly bombarded by messages about the “norm”. They constantly absorb explicit and implicit messages related to beauty, family, gender, family dynamics, etc. This can have an impact on children’s self-esteem, self-concept, and confidence. This workshop will encourage children to think about their strength and beauty. They will reflect on what makes them special, what they are good at, and what makes them who they are. They will write these attributes on stones, and take them home in a special jar where they can visit these positive words during times of stress and self-doubt.
**Due to Covid the waiting room is closed. Pick up is at 7:30 pm
Children’s wellness products will also be available for purchase. CASH ONLY. This includes essential oil roll ons, worry dolls, crystal healing kits, and lavender sleep spray.
