Mindfulness Workshop for Tweens

Mindfulness can help tweens overcome challenges, manage big emotions, and learn from their experiences and the world around them. This Mindfulness workshop for Tweens (11-16 years) provides easy strategies and tools to help them find focus, develop coping skills, and handle tough situations.
In this workshop tweens will learn to:
- start their day with checking in on their bodies, determining how they feel emotionally and physically
- learn simple breath work
- practice meditation
- create crystal packs, crystal bracelets and essential oil roll ons as calming tools
