Mindfulness and Meditation

This is a “kids only” workshop!
We will begin the workshop with a story called, “What Were You Thinking?” The story teaches children the importance of self-regulation and learning to control impulses. Your children will also have an opportunity to participate in a play-based activity where they will practice being mindful of their action and learn some simple tools and techniques to manage impulses. We will end the workshop with a meditation.
What to bring:
Blanket and pillow if they’d like to use it for the meditation

Children’s wellness products will also be available for purchase. CASH ONLY. This includes essential oil roll ons, worry dolls, crystal healing kits, and lavender sleep spray.
