Healing Your Inner Child

This is a workshop for adults.

Each of us has an inner child. This inner child is our young self who carries with it all of the experiences you had as a child which impacted you then, but also impacts who you are today. The experiences you had as a child influence how you parent, your relationships, your confidence, the way you care for yourself, how you communicate and so much more.

Healing your inner child will allow you to identify the experiences you had as a child that influence you now. It is a way to address your needs that weren’t met as children and heal the attachment wounds you developed, which influence how you parent.
