November 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm$40
This workshop is for parents and children.
Practicing gratitude can improve our health, help us build secure and long-lasting relationships, and has been linked to a more fulfilling life. Gratitude games and activities for kids will teach children to appreciate big and small moments in life, turn mistakes and failure into learning, and be thankful for what they have, including loved ones. Instilling a sense of appreciation in children will help them have a more positive attitude towards school, peers, and their families.
In this workshop, children will be provided with the tools to create a gratitude wreath. Together, you will discuss all of the things your child and family have to be grateful for. You will document those thoughts and create a wreath with them. This wreath can be hung on a door or displayed on a table.
Children’s wellness products will also be available for purchase. CASH ONLY. This includes essential oil roll ons, worry dolls, crystal healing kits, and lavender sleep spray.
