Golden Qualities

We will begin with a discussion about self-love, self-esteem, confidence and positivity. Each child will then paint their ‘golden qualities’ on a  yellow rock. These rocks will then be placed in a “pot of gold” for them to take home and keep in a safe space. This pot of gold will hold reminders of what they love most about themselves for them to read and look at in times they need extra confidence or affirmation.
