VIRTUAL Back to School Sound Bath for Teachers and Parents

Please join Dr. Elena Merenda and Linda Bettencourt for a VIRTUAL Sound Bath for Adults.

A sound bath, which will be facilitated by Linda, is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that has various health benefits. Through the vibrations and frequencies of sound, this therapeutic and restorative process can nurture the mind, soothe emotions and stimulate the body in powerful and positive ways.

A little bit about Linda:

Linda Bettencourt is a certified sound practitioner. After much soul-searching, she created Vital Soul Healing to realize her true purpose in life…to become the gateway to healing for adults and children alike. Today Linda showers the world with sound and love through her instruments and invites you to join her on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

Linda has a natural affinity to children and she has created a space which allows them to engage in the exploration of sound healing through listening and/or playing.
