Join Dr. Elena Merenda and baby Amelia for a Baby Yoga class with mom and baby.
The class will include some simple baby massages and stretches, gentle stretches for mom, and a parent/baby meditation.
You will require oil for the massage. You can bring your own or purchase a bottle of Lavender and Chamomile rub at the Studio for $25
